"My heart is so veryyyyyy full. It’s funny here this morning... it’s like I’m packing up to ‘begin’ not be ‘retreat finished’! Very much a New Year/ Samhain feeling . I feel armoured with my symbols that support me. It’s like a checkpoint at the summit...although I’m not finished this ‘race’ we call life - it’s not all up hill now... I can pause and just follow the beat of my own drum home. Trusting myself and that I have ALL that I need."
